Parking lot often felt unsafe, there were noticeable cleanliness issues with the carpeting and furniture!!! The cost of renting dish packs and basic amenities seemed absurd for a hotel charging above average rates!!!

The room was poorly maintained with a strong smell of smoke and an unkempt appearance, including sticky floors and a fire alarm dangling from the ceiling. On top of that, the thin blankets provided did little to keep warm in the cold night. Staff appeared untrained in handling guest privacy and complaints, adding to the discomfort of my stay.
