The room was nice with a bathroom and shower. The staff were nice and super friendly all of the time. The hotel was in a favorable location, nice to be able to do everything there.

The location is decent, 2 miles from Island Park. Amicable and pleasant people are working there.

My stay was really comfortable because of the inconvenience they comp one night of our visit. The stuff was amiable and supper friendly, they blew my mind. The location was comfortable and quiet - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

I liked the room for extra blanket. the location was favorable and convenient for traveling around Springfield, close enough to Eugene.

Easy booking, great staff, clean room, comfortable stay.

TV could have been updated, most channels were too fuzzy to watch.

This motel looked lovely, nice and we were eager to stay there even though it was out of our way.

One elevator with a very dirty floor and the walk way to and from were dirty with food around on the floor. The carpet was filthy in the room,and it just seemed to have no care any where. The bedding was old and had holes in the spread. This was a NO FRILLS inside. Out side was lovely so don't judge a book by its cover....would not stay there or suggest anyone else to go.

Convenient location, close to a secure area which made me feel safe, and also a short distance to central Oregon. 😊 The staff here were all super friendly and welcoming.

We were overcharged. When we asked why, we were told because they decided to upgrade us from a double bed to a double queen. We reserved a double bed... We were "upgraded" without our knowledge. And the pictures on the website didn't match the rooms at all. The pics on the website are why we decided to reserve a night with them. In person the place was very disappointing, and staff was very rude. House keeping let themselves into our room, 2 hours before it was check out time, didn't knock or anything just came in looked at us and closed the door. Didn't even apologize to us. I do not recomend this place at all!

Convenient location, just a short walk to the neighborhood with a security guard nearby and close to all the action. 🚶‍♂️

It was comfortable and worked for the time I needed to be in town. Convenient for anyone who needed to see me as well.

The room could have been a little more cleaner. I did find a toothpick under the ac unit when I laid on the bed. Housekeepers need to be sure to look under things as well. And the shower curtains can certainly be cleaned as well. As there was orange on the bottom of the shower curtain which shows it needs cleaned. Overall was a good stay.

The young lady that help me at the counter did not do her job well. Ran my credit card 3 times after telling her not to run that certain card, did not check my ID for it either. Billed me $300 that caused a financial hardship for a week. That staff member should have been fired.

Convenient location close to the bus line leading to Autzen Stadium. I felt safe due to the presence of a security guard nearby. The area around here felt nice and cozy, making my stay comfortable. 🚌

Everything was very dirty stunk filthy! Floor was so gross I wear my shoes the whole time. It stunk like smoke and it was a non smoking room!

There was nothing we liked. It was only thing on Booked.net that would work for us at last moment while traveling with elderly parent. Looked like a lot of illegal activity. Dog feces all over sidewalks

Lied about bed size. Filthy. Lots of people hanging outside. Staff kept my license and I didn't notice till arriving in Washington. They refused to send to me. No ID meant couldn't get hotels rest of trip or visit family member in hospital. Very rude when I called them. Had to drive back to get it on way home to California.
